Amazing New Bridge (Puente Nuevo) In Spain

This amazing 'Puente Nuevo' is located in Spain. more than 260 years old bridge in the town of Ronda, Spain. At the time of its construction in 1793, it was the third bridge in the town and hence it came to be known as 'Puente Nuevo' (New Bridge) and is called by this name even today.
There is a large chamber underneath the central arch which was used for a variety of purposes, including as a prison and torture chamber during the Spanish civil war (1936 to 1939). Some prisoners were even put to death by throwing them from the windows to the rocky bottom below. Subsequently it was also used as a hotel bar.

Set amidst a rocky surrounding, this amazing work of architecture with tall narrow arch and high piers has a very impressive and majestic appearance. It is reportedly one of the most photographed man-made structures in Spain.

Presently it houses a museum or Interpretation Centre exhibiting/describing the bridge's history and construction. The chamber can be accessed through a stairway on the north-west end of the bridge.

Shaped Piano & Violin building, China
This Shaped Piano & Violin building, China .There's not much detail on why this Huainan building was built in the shape of a violin and a piano, but our guess is it's to shame every little Chinese kid into taking up the two stereotypical instruments they play: the piano and the violin. Of course, their instruments aren't made of glass and aren't 100 feet tall, but these weigh just as much as the real ones do on those little kids' souls. We can still taste the tears. [Ce via Spluch]

The building was intended to be a landmark of the Songdo International Business District. It features 19 floors of class A office space, South Korea's tallest observatory on the 65th-floor, luxury hotel, serviced residences, and retail stores. The column-free floors include an office lobby at ground level with French limestone floors and Vermont slate stone walls.
The building is next to Songdo Convensia, the Riverstone shopping center, and the Sheraton Incheon Hotel. It has an extensive parking station next door, and will have pedestrian access to a future subway station. NEATT allows large numbers of pedestrians to enter the office lobby by escalator. The lobby is frequented by residents of NEATT, and residents of other nearby developments.
In February 2010, 65th-floor observatory opened to the public for the G-20 major economies meeting of finance ministers
