Nina Tower Hongkong Building

the complex is named after Nina Wong, owner of property giant Chinachem,and the person who has financed the project (with Chinachem as developer).Nina Wong - almost 70 - is one of the richest women in the world.Initial plans for the tower (1995) consisted of a new tallest building in the world.

This proposal was rejected because of its proximity to the Chep Lap Kok airport.The area has a height restriction of 324 metres (1,063f).- the building is the second tallest building in Hong Kong if the heightis taken from ground level to top of roof.- it's also second on the list of Hong Kong buildings with most floors(1st in both categories is Two International Finance Centre: 415m/1,362f, 88 stories).- the top 40 floors of Nina Tower I will house a 800-room 5-star hotel;
the first 10 floors will contain a shopping mall, and the floors 10-39 will have offices.- Nina Tower I and the L'Hotel Nina Tower One will be connected in mid-air by a skybridge.
